An independent survey of 4000 UK households has ranked the top ten UK ISPs.
Broadband Choices asked customers to rate their internet service provider for quality and reliability, download time, clarity of billing and pricing, after sales support, value for money and speed of service activation.
ISP PlusNet came out on top for customer care while Sky Broadband came second, but others including Tesco and Orange were criticised for reliability and the quality of their service.
Infact, a spokesperson for the research company told BBC News that he believed that Orange suffered from bad after sales support; while the future of Tesco's Broadband services could be in jeopardy if it didn't "start to change soon".
