The Mozilla Foundation, makers of Firefox the open source browser has released a security patch to fix two critical flaws we reported on last week.
Mozilla has now recommended people upgrade to the latest version, Firefox 1.0.4, which is a security update.
Last week users of the latest version of the open source browser found two “extremely critical” security holes that allowed hackers to gain remote access to the users computer to run malicious code.
The Mozilla Foundation the makers of Firefox said they would aggressively work fix the holes as soon as possible. Four days later and the holes according to The Mozilla Foundation have now been plugged.
