Over half of people use same password for everything

Over half of people that use passwords on the Internet use the same password for all the different sites they visit, Pocket-lint has found.
The poll, captured from our quick poll question on our website, asked "Do you use the same password for everything?"
Amazingly 55% of people asked said yes.
Over the course of a month, 6,647 people answered the simple yes/no question, with only 45% saying they have different passwords for different sites.
