The good: Good low ISO image quality, lens, features, iA (intelligent Auto), HD movies, handling
The bad: High ISO image noise, plastic build
Verdict: Ultra-zoom digicams, such as Panasonic’s new Lumix FZ28 offer a jack-of-all-trades camera to those that require an everything-built-into-one-body solution; but it’s actually an excellent piece of kit well worth closer consideration
