Being able to listen to the radio, the sound levels are good. Lots of features with the camera, ability to add text etc., software is really good.
Bad Points
Battery life is shorter than other phones.

Just like the phone's apprearance and its functionality
Bad Points
The battery life is ok but there is very little warning prior to it going dead. This can be frustrating if you are out and about and unable to recharge i.e. you have no phone.
