• The system does not seem to work from Entourage to Blackberry. I.E. I had about 50 duplicate contacts. I deleted them in Entourage. When I performed the 2 way sync, it did not delete the duplicates from my Blackberry. I am having to perform a "Replace all contacts on this Blackberry device" function...hoping it works as it has been running for an hour at this point and has not completed the function. • Thanks for the article. When i create an appointment on my Blackberry Curve, it does not appear on the Mac when i sync. Appointments made on the computer appear on the Blackberry though. Wish I really could get a two way calender sync going. Posted by jeffB, USA
• Two way sync appears to have totally wiped my blackberry of everything...calendar, contacts, tasks, memos all gone! This is NOT what I wanted as the only version I had was on the blackberry itself. I guess I should have backed up first. Is there any way of getting this info back? I did have pocketmac installed before but obviously uninstalled it when I installed this as you can't have both installed (as far as I know). I also have a older PC version on my laptop PC, but it doesn't seem to work at all with that now (perhaps because it is switched to syncing with Macs?)? • After running perfectly for weeks BB Desktop Manager just stopped connecting/recognizing my BB 8820. Re-installing BB DM didn’t help... :( Posted by Peter Krohmer, USA
• BB Desktop Manager seems to work perfect for me, except that the MemoPad notes doesn´t seem to be synced. I basically can´t find them anywhere on my Mac.

• Its flakey software....mine tells me the memory card is full when the device says its not. Blackberry should pull their finger out....its a competitive market. Unless they get this right...they're toast! Posted by Richard , United States
• i had been using missing sync which worked well. with BDM for Mac, the contacts, calendar and tasks seem to have sync'd okay, but the memopad is not syncing. I started manually copying notes from the Mark/Space Notebook into the Notes in Entourage, but that isnt syncing onto my BB Storm either. any suggestions what else to try? • Not impressed so far, and I really wanted this to work. Duplicated contacts, updated contacts on Blackberry get overwritten by older contacts on mac, calender gone. Weak overall and a good reeason for me personally to switch to an iphone or google phone. Posted by steve parsons, USA
