How apt that you should ask whether it is the 'hottest' phone this summer! With it's famed over-heating problem I would say 'yes' to that. In a similar vein you could ask whether it is the 'loudest' phone this summer, and again, with it's rattle you'd have to agree.

It's a shame to kick the a phone when it's down, but I have never been impressed with this over-hyped under-performing piece of kit. I said 'kit' don't look at me like that! I may have been thinking of a similar sounding word.... Posted by Tony Hedges, United Kingdom
Tony - lucky I guess! Our review model was free from these problems and I'm sure there will be plenty of 3GS owners who never encounter them. I guess all devices are prone to some sort of problem for whatever reason, but some of them we never hear about. Posted by chrishall, United Kingdom
