  • A good attempt by Sigma, but does not quite hit the mark according to the majority of the reviews I have read.

    I hope other camera manufacturers take the lead from Sigma and produce the ultimate compact that can compete with DSLRs in all situations. Only then will a camera like this be worth the high asking price.

    However, if this happens it would signal the demise of the 'amateur' and maybe even the 'semi-pro' DSLR market segments.     Posted by maccer, uk
