  • It's not being helped by the delay in processing the 8 invitations each tester can send out. Surely the quickest way to get people collaborating using Wave is to allow them to pass it on to their friends and colleagues. Posted by GK, UK
  • I agree with you that Wave is still in its very early stages, but, at least to me, its potential is obvious. I think that we will soon see more and more tools (in a sense this is already happening) that will bring new and interesting uses for the wave.

I have only been on the wave for a couple of weeks, and already I have seen huge improvements in functionality and responsiveness.

I am actually glad that they are taking the time to make the system stable under the current load of users, before sending out more invitations, as much as I would like to invite my friends and colegues

  • does look like best tool ever for companies and work. Doesnt it offer more than just this wave IM & email hybrid? I thought two people could edit the same word document at once on different computers, or have I been misinformed? Posted by will, UK
  • You can already do that in another of Google's products - Google Docs. Technically you can do it in Wave, too, but I don't believe that's where the bulk of Wave's value lies. Posted by radioedit, United Kingdom
