• No jack plug, No GPS, little in the way of software... but it has a funky keypad! Woopy-doo! I am surprised this phone rated 8/10 with your researcher! The question that buzzes through my head in connection with this phone is a simple one... why? What could possibly attract you to get it? It surely needs more than a wierd keypad when its a fully functional touchscreen.
  
  Why, why, why, when there are phones like the HTC Hero (or even the iPhone) about that tick the all the why's you want to throw at them. Theres reasons for wanting to buy them. There is NO good reason I can see for wanting this phone.

• Tony, no one can tell you you are wrong, but we suspect price would be an issue for both the Hero and the iPhone. The touchpad is more than just a keypad, it delivers a range of functions too.
  
  But we suspect that the Crystal will appeal to those who want something different. It looks good, people will talk about it and coo over it and it still packs in a huge range of functions. • Lg has come up with Lg GD900 the latter stands out for its 8 Mega pixels Camera and especially its transparent sliding keyboard which it derives its name for. Crystal enjoys the latest technology in mobile telephony, but not necessarily exploited optimally. The phone's design plays on transparency, with gray shades and finally pure black color which derives it to a very simple product. The finishes are more than correct, with small buttons and mechanisms of aluminum, enhancing the look a bit classy and solid. The sliding keyboard leaves no signs of disrespect and which is very pleasing to the opening and closing. At the opening, it glows gently revealing the laser-etched keys.
