The good: Splashproof, minimal in design, easy to set-up
The bad: Not very loud, tinny in performance
Verdict: Simple in its offering the MS500 will allow you to play your tunes on those boring camping trips and picnics in the park for all to hear, just don't expect it to really get the party started

There is always a trade-off between bass response and loudness vs. product size and battery life....that is just basic physics. Are there other products out there that are a similar size but with better sound? If so, I would be interested in a review on such a product.
