  • I have just bought one of these for my Dell Inspiron 1100.

    The pcline adapter doesn't work.

The Dell pack seems to have the same output specs (Voltage, Wattage) except the Ampage which is 3.75 instead of 4.5. Is this why?

  • I bought one of these, after a month the thing spontaneously died. It was really expensive and because it was just over a week from the 28 day money back guarantee, I don't even get a refund!! Go to Amazon. You can get the real adapter you need for as little as £20. Thats what I'm doing. By the way, does anyone know if the pc line adapter is covered by product warranty?? Posted by Anon, UK
  • Do not buy this adapted. I had one and it functioned correctly for about 3 months and then one day, it got extremely hot and a power surge blew my motherboard. Do not use!! Posted by A Vedi, UK
  • Is this compatible with the Lenovo T61p? Posted by Samir , UK
  • I strongly advise against buying this adapter. The connecting plug is flimsy - I got a replacement adapter after the first connector snapped, and exactly the same has happened on the second one. In addition, the plastic casing on the actual adapter is not securely closed. Very expensive for a cheaply made and flimsy adapter. Not impressed. Posted by Sheona, UK
