Verdict: Monopoly on the Wii is cute, the gameplay simple and if you've ever played it, you'll know what you are doing from the off. However, as far as computer games go, it lacks excitement

You got the bit about rules variations wrong - you can change quite a lot of the rules, including the Free Parking and Auction ones that you mention.

I've only had the game a few days and it's fun, but we did discover a bug whereby the computer player was paying out hundeds of pounds per turn when it landed on mortgaged properties (ie no rent due!) and even when he was in jail! Posted by Haggis, England

We're having problem with the game not saving. The directions say it should happen automatically ... it is not. It saved once or twice the first few days we got it, no it won't save at all. What should we do? Posted by Natalie, USA
