Quick review

The good: Impressive audio quality and hands-free operation in the right environment, stylish and compact design
The bad: Achieving the right fit can be a pain, controls a bit awkward to operate
Verdict: If you can get the Jaybirds working as intended they are probably the best of their type around. Otherwise this is a capable though perhaps frustrating solution in the wireless in-ear headphones market

From the design point of view, a beautiful product, but technologically is garbage. the range is no more than two feets, with player on pocket, it looses signal. It only works well with player hanging on the neck. The customer service is really crap. I wanted to buy spare eartips, for US$ 9.99 and they only ship it to Brazil by FEDEX, for US$ 29.99 + taxes, making the three pieces of plastic cost almost US$ 90.00! Asked if it would possible to ship as simple package, costing less and realy tax free, the answer was: we only work with FEDEX. Ok, FEDX may be their largest customers. I regret buying this piece of garbage for US$ 130.00. Maybe i find another fool whou buys it from me :( Posted by Paulo Wollny, Brazil
