• Absolutely agree. The box itself is good, with some minor and quite unnecessary irritations like two-keypress on and off. But the website is really poor, and needs a complete rewrite by someone who (a) can write websites and (b) has looked at the competition. Pure need to address this urgently if they want to lead the market.
  Your review has a factual error - the box does not take ordinary batteries, only the (expensive) rechargeable pack. I have ordered one but it hasn't come yet - it had better be pretty damn good at the price but I suppose you can't blame them for making money on the add-ons. Everyone else does.
