Being a former Garmin user, the reviewer tend to show a LOT of BIAS in reviewing betweeen brands - IMHO POLAR FT80 is the most versatil or POLAR SC RX series are the ultimate for their own purpose(s). To say that the GARMIN Forerunner 405 a rightfully graded above FT80 i wld it is rather too fictitious as clearly the FT80 not getting its fair judgement or review. As for me I've tried so many HRM including the SUunto, Nike, Polar, Garmin etc. Well as for versatility and multiusage (in fact How can a non waterresistant HRM got the 9? - FT80 fyi is waterresistant up to 100M deep) - It is a simple review but rather pls keep it real!
