Quick review

The good
Great fun, graphics and soundtrack, plenty to destroy
The bad
Designed for controller play, can start to get repetitive, replay is weak, same as Xbox 360 version
Verdict
FlatOut Ultimate Carnage is a game that doesn’t take itself too seriously, guaranteeing you a great thrill ride and satisfies that desire to break stuff

  • I have Flatout 1 & 2 and its dissappointing to read that the Replay feature still hasnt been updated. I wrote a review yonks ago for the first game stating it should have Nascar (Papyrus days) like replays but it obviously never found its way to the designers. Finally on the 3rd attempt they seem to have a proper online based multiplayer mode, but for me its very dissappointing that its on Windows Live! which is terrible in my opinion. That said Play.com (at time of writing) are selling this game for £17.99. As i really enjoyed FL1 and FL2 I will be getting this one as well. Posted by Rich, UK
  • In 2009, the same year the next “Fast and Furious” movie comes out, the only authentic look at the street racing scene will be released as a full feature length street racing documentary.

The new street racing documentary is called “1320 A West Coast Story”

This documentary has been in the works for over 8 years, and pokes fun at the “Fast and Furious” series, as well as attempting to debunk some other racing myths.

Featuring interviews with the most important figures in automotive history, this street racing documentary will finally shed light on the topic which has never been documented accurately, up until this point.

  • I loved FL2, this practicially the same, but as I never finished FL2 why not play again with tweaks, additions and a seriously good upgrade on graphics!

    Only £14.99 @ www.gameplay.com with free delivery, a bargain I thought!
