Quick review

The good: Great quality, excellent HD performance, even the remote feels superior

Verdict: The Pioneer KURO PDP-LX5090 is a television that makes you want more, it makes you want to get the best from your home cinema set-up and deservedly so

That is indeed true, but the recommendation is really based around the HD offering. I'm not saying the Sky EPG is any better, but that you are likely to be using a different EPG from the Pioneer offering, so it can be perhaps discounted as a negative. Posted by chrishall, United Kingdom
I see that this is billed as the 'ninth generation', presumably following the PDP-LX508D but on internet prices the LX5090 is cheaper.
