Quick review

The good
Gorgeous onscreen menus, Full HD pictures, powerful speakers
The bad
Shoddy Freeview picture quality, slight blur on pictures
Verdict
Superbly presented with plenty of connectivity, this is a serious (if small) attempt at Full HD that boasts excellent colour and decent sound

  • beware... max resolution for connecting a computer is 1360x768 (either by HDMI or DSUB), check the user manual.

1360x768 looks great but its not 1080p, so forget about showing full HD content from a PC/mac...

  • What is the technical definition of "freeview", except that you don't have to pay for it?
Is this an analoque signal or also the digital signal 768x576 offered by cable?

  • Information on Freeview can be found on their website, http://www.freeview.co.uk/home. Freeview is the name for digital terrestrial broadcast television in the UK.

Resolutions differ across channels, for example: http://dtt.me.uk/
