Quick review

The good: Lens, flip/tilt screen, specification and features, Film Simulation modes, noise performance, CCD RAW shooting
The bad: Price, performance, handling foibles, dynamic range issues
Verdict: Fuji’s S100fs marks the replacement for the S9600 and is a significant step-up in terms of specification and features not least of which is the all-encompassing 28-400mm optical zoom. But this is a camera not without problems
