• Warning! Don't buy Acer Extensa 5620. I bought one on May 30 2008 and within 5 months, it won't reboot any more.
  
  I bought 2 Acer laptops this year based on the longevity of my first Acer laptop first purchased in 2005 and I guess Acer quality has deterioted since then.
  
  There is no support phone number for USA and I have to email back and forth with FixMyAcer3@tx.acer.com to report the faulty product.
  
  Guess what, they will not pay your shipping cost to their repair center! What a rip-off. This is my last purchase of any Acer product, I guess. Posted by Timothy Deng, USA
• I purchase a ACER Extensa 5620 G in December 2008. I have found it a terrific computer. I upgraded my memory to 3 Ram and it made it an even better machine. I agree the sound is not that great, but I have extension speakers and they have made a difference.
