Quick review

The good: Build and design, image stabilisation, low ISO image quality
The bad: No "true" manual controls – even in manual, high ISO image noise, zoom lens does not provide a wide enough field of view.
Verdict: Stylish and great build quality combine with a natty set of features to produce a stylish snapper capable of good results

I'm a dentist and mostly use my camera to take photograph of smile and teeth - the 970's macro combined with short distance of the flash to the lens is an amazing combination to make an intra oral photograph - I tried it once and fell in love with it, and feel so satisfied with its performance...
