• Please Please Please, Save yourself of all the trouble by not buying one of these. I have been using a K850i for 12 months now and my 4th replacement handset has just broken, again!
  Nice features of the phone but generally runs slowl and crashes a lot and from my experience needs replacing with a new/replacement handset every 2-3months. All the problems were still occuring with this phone even after several firmware updates from sony ericcson's website. Posted by dave diddy, uk

• Possibly the most faulty phone ever!
  
  It keeps crashing and switching off, it cuts of when im on a call and I can only dial back successfully after the 3 attempt. Thing is I love...oops USED to love Sony's now I may have to do the one thing Id never thought I would do....go to N-N-N-Nokia :-(
  
  I even read a review that these models of Sony are faulty...im trying to find it so I can take it in to the place where I bought this poor phone from in the first place :-( Posted by Aisha, UK
