The good
Rechargeable, number of settings for different brushing, timer so you know when to stop

  • I am a resident of 25 Mesa Ridge Drive, Pomona, CA, USA and presently here in Manila, Philippines in retirement. I am totally disappointed with the way you designed your pulsating/vibrating toothbrush. I have yet to find the proper way to replace my toothbrush batteries. So far I have bought a total of ten brushhes (including gifts for relatives/friends here in Maniila) but so far I have had no luck replacing any of my batteries without messing up the terminals and losing what looks like a small insulating pad that the battery cover touches. I am sure I am not the only complainant on this matter and I am hoping that when I go back to the USA this coming summer that this problem had already been addressed and I will be able to buy a more trouble free toothbrush that your company produces. I really like your toothbrush for I feel my teeth and mouth being totally cleaned and feeling fresh due to its kinda rough vibrating action. Posted by Ricky R. Valencia, Philippines
