The good: Great manual control options, compact size, image stabilisation, good lens, RAW capture
The bad: Confusing array of controls mars handling, noisy images over ISO 200, EVF flaring
Verdict: The Kodak EasyShare P712 provides plenty of scope for those trading up to a more advanced digital camera or for those who want that 12x ultra-zoom lens. Shame about the noise
