Quick review

The good
Simple to use, lightweight, gripy rubberised feet, locking quick-release plate
The bad
Not suitable for heavier film SLR cameras
Verdict
We love the compact version and the same goes for this SLR version as long as you've got a light digital SLR

  • Doug - Nice review. Would you please visit thesmartpod.com to see a Gorillapod alternative. The Smart Pod attaches anywhere and holds any camera position. It outperforms the GP in terms of versatility and safely securing a heavier camera. Please check it out. Would you consider doing a review? Thanks. Posted by Stan Rivera, US
