Navigon 7210 launches

Complete with "Curve Warner" feature

Navigon has announced that the slimline 7210 is now available in the UK. With a minimalist design, the unit's 16:9 format 4.3-inch SmartDisplay is "extremely flat" and appears to have no frame.

The 7210 features Landmark View3D, Voice Recognition Pro, Curve Warner, Reality View Pro and Lane Assistant Pro, plus Emergency Help and Favourites on the Map.

Landmark View3D displays points of interest as 3D representations, Lane Assistant Pro indicates the best lane position at junctions, Reality View Pro helps with a clear overview of complicated motorway junctions and Voice Recognition Pro lets you say the name of a destination.

The "Curve Warner" feature is perhaps aimed at the super cautious driver. It warns drivers well in advance, both acoustically as well as by a sign on the display, about sharp and dangerous curves on highways and motorways with 55,000 such "dangerous turns" across Europe in its database.

The Navigon 7210 has 600MHz processor, 64MB of internal memory and 2GB of flash memory, a lithium-ion rechargeable battery and a car charger with integrated TMC antenna.

The NAVIGON 7210 is available now at an RRP of £279.99.

  • satnavs !!! i really want to get one as i am always getting completely lost where ever i go, and the amount of petrol and time i have wasted by going round in circles is probably enough to fly to the moon and back and probably a whole lot quicker too. so now i am trawling my way through the reviews to find the best one for me. so thanks to the helpful reviews i now know what i am going to get and will probably buy online as i cannot guarantee finding the shop Posted by suzanne marke, United Kingdom
