Wii gets Sqweeze for building up those arm muscles

One, two, three sqweeze...

Yes this is the latest Wii peripheral from InterAction Laboratories.

CEO Greg Merril explained to journso while demonstrating the device, that you simply plug the Wiimote into the peripheral and either squeeze or pull, allowing for both "shoulder abduction and adduction".

Looks a tad painful to us.
