Santok SP500 Bluetooth speakerphone launches

Visor-happy unit

Santok has launched the SP500 Bluetooth speakerphone that it says "offers several advanced features not yet seen in the speakerphone marketplace".

The dubious claim is that it's the first visor mounted speakerphone to feature caller ID that automatically synchronises with the contacts list in the phone it’s being used with, to display the caller’s name instead of just their number.

The SP500 features advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) with automatic echo cancellation and battery life comes in at 600 hours standby time, or 8 to 10 hours talk time.

With charging sockets located on both sides of the unit, the LCD caller display is adjustable so that it can be tilted to the best angle.

Compatible with all Bluetooth-enabled handsets, the SP500 is on sale now for recommended price of £39.99.
