Well it seems F is for Fun after all.
Sony Ericsson has today launched its first dedicated games phone - the F305.
As predicted, it's got gaming controls and motion detecting software that lets user control the action with a swing or a swipe of the phone (just make sure no one is in the way).
The phone comes with three preloaded motion games - Bowling, Bass Fishing and Jockey.
Additional motion games have been developed by Gameloft plus there are 50 more 2D and 3D games available for download at PlayNow.
The pocket-sized slider phone also packs in stereo speakers, a media player, 2-megapixel camera and 2-inch screen.
You can share your photos or music with friends via Bluetooth or using a Memory Stick Micro card.
The F305 delivers up to 8 hours talk time GSM, but up to 400 hours on standby.
This quad-band EDGE handset comes in Polar White and Mystic Black and will arrive in Q3 2008.
We've not got a price yet but we'll keep you posted.
