"Flame" from Dutch PhD student Daan Hobbelen might just look like A.N. Other humanoid, but it's so not.

You're looking at what is the world's most advanced walking robot thanks to seven motors and a balance mechanism with stability algorithms.

Aside from being a cool looking bot, Flame will help research into how humans with walking difficulties can be treated.
