A self-powered radio, phone charger and torch all-in-one
(And there's a siren too!)

The Eton FR350 is a radio, phone charger, flashlight and siren all-in-one, which is claimed to be perfect for outdoor use as it is self-powered.
The gizmo comes with a cranking handle so winding it for 60 seconds can power the radio for up to 1 hour.
But it also can be powered using the built-in rechargeable Ni-MH battery that takes charge from the dynamo crank and from an AC adaptor, three AA batteries, or the AC adaptor alone (although the AC adaptor is not included).
And, as added benefit, if you're pottering in the garden, the FR350 is waterproof (and comes with a siren so you can let your loved one indoors know when you need another cuppa).
The FR350 also comes with an earphone jack, DC input, and cellular power out jacks.
It is 114 x 220 x 50mm and weighs 680g.
It's priced £39.95 and comes in red, orange, black and silver.
