I think this must be one of the silliest devices to date - but hey, it made me giggle.

Introducing the animated USB-powered dog that does sit-ups all day.

Who knows how they came up with him, and who knows who'd fork out $14 for him - but at least it moves instead of just glowing, flashing or beeping.

Bloggers suggest it could even motivate owners to go to the gym.

I say watching it would just send me to sleep.
