Meccano has launched three new models of "Spykee" their Spy Robot, at CES.

Spykee "Cell" can be controlled via a mobile phone using Bluetooth.

Cell moves, sees and takes pictures, its head is motorized, and features voice transformation as well as many light and sound effects.

In addition, Spykee Cell is compatible with iPods so you can use the little robot as a speaker and see your iPod playlist on the screen of your phone.

Spykee Cell also works as a Bluetooth speakerphone - when someone calls your phone you can answer, speak and listen and hang up through the robot.

Spykee Cell will be available in the States in October 2008 and will cost $199.

Spykee Vox and Spykee Miss are interactive robots that work via a voice-activation feature.

Both robots are compatible with iPods and can understand either English, French or Spanish according to the version you buy.

Meccano states these robots express emotion, responding to the human voice with various movements, facial expressions, sounds and light effects.

When given a voice command, they will obey, move and can even detect frontal obstacles. Both robots are pre-programmed with dual personalities – good and evil.

Spykee Vox and Spykee Miss can also turn on electronic devices such as a television or DVD player via infrared control.

Vox is aimed at boys with attack functions, while Miss is more for girls with more friendly features.

Spykee Vox and Spykee Miss each have a suggested retail price of $149 and should be available in the States in October 2008.
