Microsoft confirms Halo 3 controllers launch date

Microsoft has officially announced the launch of its new Xbox 360 Limited Edition Halo 3 Wireless Controllers and Headset.

The new branded kit will be available in Europe from 26th September to coincide with the launch of the game.

Created by comic book artist Todd McFarlane, the controllers feature both the Covenant Brute and Master Chief themes.

Both fade and scratch-resistant controllers come with a Limited Edition “Halo 3” Master Chief figurine for the true game geek designed by McFarlane himself for an estimated retail price of £39.99 - a premium of £7.

The Spartan green and gold Xbox 360 Limited Edition Halo 3 Wireless Headset will be available for an estimated retail price of £34.99.
