Loewe presented the Individual Sound Projector at IFA 2007. The Loewe Individual Sound Projector claims to create genuine 5.1 surround sound form just one single sound-bar-style device.

Offering surround sound from your Loewe television, DVD and other digital sources it boasts an integrated digital amplifier, seven "cinema" presets, TruBass, and compatibility with Dolby Digital, DTS, Dolby Pro Logic II and DTS Neo:6.

In addition, it offers auto set-up by analysing the acoustics in your room, directly sound waves partly directly to the listener and partly through reflections off the walls, which you can then fine-tune for your personal preference.

True to its space-saving raison d'etre the Sound Projector features range of set-up solutions depending on what will suit your living room. It can be mounted on the wall, ceiling mounted, or positioned on a stand or on a rack.

Available in platinum or anthracite, pricing and availability is to be confirmed.
