Just when you thought you could get a TV in about every kitchen device possible, a company based in Hong Kong, has launched the Wave TV, a TV and DVD player in a Microwave.

On the microwave side you've got a 23ltr microwave, 900 Watt power setting and nine cooking programs so your chicken is cooked properly.

On the TV side, it's a 10-inch TFT 640 x 480 screen with 5.1 audio, SD card reader, digital TV tuner.

Those not wanting as the company suggests to "Watch your favourite sitcom while your microwave cooks a nice meal for you" can detach the screen and go else where.

With a DVD player built-in it brings a whole new meaning to TV dinners.

Expect to see it in the UK by the end of the year priced around £350.
