High-end minimalist offering

23 August 2007 12:20 GMT / By Amy-Mae Elliott

Bang & Olufsen has launched the refreshing simply titled DVD 2.

Offering DVD playback, recording and a hard drive, although not a next-gen product, it supports a range of formats and claims to deliver high picture quality.

It also boasts a TV tuner, and EPG-esque Guide Plus+ programme browsing and recording options.

As you will see from the image the styling and design of this product will be a major selling point for anyone who can afford such minimalist chic.

Just a Far East launch at this stage, we'll bring you more info if and when it gets a bit more "real" for us.
