Quack Quack luggage company ventures into phones

Luggage company Mandarina Duck has ventured into the mobile phone world with the announcement that it will launch a range of mobile phones exclusively with Carphone Warehouse.

The new phones, launching in November later this year, will come in three colours: Cherry Red, Purple and Acid Yellow.

The new handsets, which will only carry the name of the bag company, will feature an MP3 player, digital camera and external memory card.

Key to the design, according to Carphone Warehouse is an exclusive bag clip that fastens the phone to the inside of the company's bags to supposedly ensure that users "never need to rummage around for your handset again".

The company has also announced that it will be launching a colour co-ordinated range of accessories to match the phone range.
