This new blog is useful for two kinds of people:
a) Ordinary people who one day are flicking through an old photo album and stumble across a picture and spot somebody in the frame who they just can't remember.
and
b) Stalkers.
You upload a picture of somebody whose identity you want to discover and hope that somebody out there will provide you with a name.
As you also have to publish an email address, you should probably expect people to provide a few other details too - investment opportunities, herbal remedies and ways to improve certain, er, 'extremities'.
But you never know, you might get a name eventually.
