Logitech launches black edition PlayStation Guitar Hero controller
Logitech has announced the launch of a "black edition" of its wireless guitar controller for PS2s and 3s, licensed by Activision for its Guitar Hero games.
With a wood neck and body, a rosewood fingerboard and metal frets, the new controller is said to be for gamers who want to play pretend guitar "like a rock star".
Following the launch of the "Premiere Edition" that was only available in certain countries, this version will be available "worldwide" by the summer.
Complete with a touch-sensitive slider, the controller boasts a range of up to 30 feet and offers "hundreds of hours" of battery life.
Available this month in the US for $199.99, UK pricing will be revealed when it launches throughout Europe in June.
