Lego has announced that it is bringing the world of construction to its Technic range with the launch of a new motorized bulldozer.

The new model, which costs £99.99 and more geared towards dads rather than your average 10-year-old will come with a remote control unit with infrared receiver to control the included four individual motors.

Kids, young and old, will then be able to use the complex building platform incorporating beams, gears, connecting and interlinking sections alongside the new Power Functions System elements: XL motors, infrared receivers to move the bulldozer, turn it on the spot through 360 degrees, operate the blade/ripper position and working piston engine and move the vehicle around on realistic caterpillar tracks.

LEGO TECHNIC Motorized Bulldozer will be available from September 2007.
