Google has announced a new version of its YouTube application that will add compatibility for Windows Mobile and Symbian Series 60 phones.
As well as offering support for more devices, the update has also added in some speed and quality improvements.
This means application start-up, searching and video load times should now be quicker, and improved buffering will allow videos to play even in weak areas.
The application will also automatically detect your device and network capabilities, and select the highest available stream quality for you.
Finally, streaming over Wi-Fi has also been improved, and supports a wider range of networks.
The application will alert you as more improvements become available, so keep an eye out for updates.
You can download the YouTube app now by heading to YouTube on your mobile browser, or check out the YouTube blog for more information.
