EA has announced Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10, offering the U.S. Open, a USGA championship, and the USGA's Rules of Golf for the first time in the franchise's history.
Whether you're a golfing pro or just swinging and hoping, EA promises an "authentic golf experience that is accessible to skilled and casual gamers alike".
New additions to PGA Tour 10 include real-time weather conditions reflected on every course, and expanded crowds to pile on the pressure when you're taking your shot.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 will also feature a television broadcast style presentation, which will include new instant updates and a new announcer team of ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt and the Golf Channel’s Kelly Tilghman.
If you're playing PGA Tour 10 on the Nintendo Wii, you'll be able to benefit from the new MotionPlus accessory which will bring a more authentic motion to your swing, including the ability to draw and fade.
The 2009 U.S. Open course, Bethpage State Park, will make an appearance on all versions of the game apart from the PS2, as will Turnberry in Scotland - home to this year's British Open.
There has been no official date released as to when we can expect PGA Tour 10, but when available, you'll be able to get it on PS3, PS2, PSP, Xbox 360 and as mentioned, Nintendo Wii.
We'll bring you pricing and availability information when we have it.
