It seems Apple is getting more serious about pushing the iPhone as a gaming platform, if recent rumours are to be believed.
The company is said to be planning a "premium" games section in its App Store that will see games introduced at the $19.99 price point.
This option will be available to large publishers, rather than the thousands of developers offering casual gaming titles, PocketGamer.biz quotes "sources" as reporting.
The site has no more details on timescale, nor official comment from either Apple or games publishers, but predicts a summer launch at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference.
