Keyspan has launched an RF Remote for Windows Vista.

Described as "sleek and powerful" the device is designed specially to for use with Vista's Media Center multimedia software.

It claims to provide more range, convenience and flexibility than infrared remotes.

The range it offers is up to 90 foot and it does not require line of sight to the RF receiver so works through walls and furniture.

This means you can manage Media Center from more areas within the room or even from other areas of your house.

It's a plug and play gadget with no software required - just plug the USB receiver into your PC and it works within
seconds.
