A UK train company has gone to dramatic measures to make sure the "quiet" carriages on their trains stay that way.

c2c, that offers services between Essex and London, is fighting back against passengers that flout the "no mobiles" rules by blocking mobile phone signals in quiet carriages.

The company is coating the windows of some carriages with a high-tech film that blocks phone signals.

The film allows light through but blocks Wi-Fi, radio and phone signals, was developed by scientists in the US for firms that needed to stop outsiders tapping into sensitive internal wireless communications.
