The online auction is hardly a new phenomenon with eBay dominating the marketplace. But, as many people discover to their cost, not everything on eBay is always what it claims to be, and the whole process can be fraught with peril for those not with their wits about them.

Luckners are bit different. You won't find the world and his dog selling any old junk here - all the lots are good quality, collectible pieces aimed at the discerning buyer.

Predominantly you'll come across fine furniture and household furnishings ranging from fine antiques to contemporary classics. There's also jewellery, watches, paintings and prints - everything you might want to make your home a palace.
