LG launches DP271 portable DVD player

Two headphone sockets for sharing

LG Electronics has launched a new new portable DVD player, the DP271.

The new portable DVD player is designed for comfort and easy viewing with a swivel style body and built-in 7-inch, LCD wide-screen.

The player has includes stereo speakers and two headphone sockets to share the sound when headphones are needed.

The DP271 has USB connectivity for music, photos and Divx movies (no info provided on capacity) and supports multi-format discs including WMA, MP3, CD-R, RW and CDR+R.

The DP271 comes with a remote control, a removable battery pack giving 3 and a half hours of user time and a car adaptor.

The LG DP71 will be available in the new Argos catalogue which is out this Saturday apparently.

No pricing or further spec revealed at this time.
