Germans coat shuffle in gold, want £9500
Gold-minger

A German company is offering an iPod shuffle that's been given the Midas treatment in a big way.
The special shuffle has been plated in 18 carat gold, a mod that will cost you around £9500.
The big question here is why a shuffle? If you're gonna coat something in gold and sell it for a frightening price then make it a top-of-the-range 80GB iPod, purlease?
Apparently the madness does not end here and there's plans for an even more blingin' version complete with diamonds. Of course.
